Cache Features

• Fetches all the tweets in the background while the user is browsing the tweet list pages, without using any cron jobs.
• Auto refresh cache and get new data. Users don't have to touch anything
• All messages are fetched and stored in the cache so the information can be preserved and read at any moment, greatly improving the speed.
• Twitter API limit settings are auto adjusted by the system so it never crosses the limit even if twitter changes the allowed limit per hour to prevent the chance of getting blacklisted.
